Our practice will be accepting insurance and government plans under Mercy’s preferred list. For patients with Promedica Medical Mutual / Paramount policies, we will still be regarded as a provider on their panel for the foreseeable future. This is especially important for Paramount insured patients who would like to be our patients. We can still serve Promedica Paramount insurance patients until further notice.

Out of Network Insurance Coverage
While we participate in most major health plans, if we are not in your network we can still treat you.
Most insurance plans allow you to see doctors who do not participate in their network. Out of network benefits may sometimes require higher deductibles and/or co-pays. Please consult with your insurance provider about your out of network benefits.

For Elective Procedures
While almost all of our procedures are covered by insurance, a few elective procedures may not qualify for insurance coverage.
